Training for the system starts in December.

it allows departments to update their regulations and send for approval. LeTS then approve regs and they get published all online. It uses a new workflow tool called activiti.

The workflow part of the PROMS system is planned to go live to LeTS on 10th Dec, and will be listed in MUSE on 12th Dec. 

OPMS

Phase 1 accreditation - LeTS hope to roll out spring 2014, - depts will be able to enter their own data. Currently LeTS gather paper based data and enter it in.

Kamela has developed an add-on/enhancement to CRM to enable departments to send bulk personalised emails to prospective students, either from scratch or one based on a predefined template including html headers.
